Reflections

It’s time for your child to release his/ her artistic side!  Does your child enjoy drawing pictures? Does he love to take unique photos or video?

Is she passionate about dancing? The PTA sponsors a national Reflections program annually to support these arts and more.

Each year for the Reflections program, students are encouraged to create an original work of art in any of 6 categories: Dance/Choreography- Literature -Visual Arts (drawing/ painting) – Photography Film/Video – or Music Composition; that is based on a theme.  The theme for 2020-21 is “I Matter Because…”.

Your child will have about a month to create a new piece of artwork inspired by this year’s theme.  Each submission needs to be the ORIGINAL work of one student ONLY.  The submitted artwork will be displayed at the Bradford schools and all students will be recognized for their participation.  Some artists will have the opportunity to win awards for their work and have their submissions judged at the

county, state or national level.

Please look on wwwjeffcopta.org website for registration form and the rules for the Reflections Art Program.

All entries must be submitted to Jeffco by Friday, November 6th.
